About　[Shimagi].

Shimagi is a tree that has been ported from the small island of Japan.

The old story of more than 40 years.

My grandfather and father his friend ,boarded the ship.

In search of the material of Macro Bonsai.

Shimagi of the pines forest served as a windbreak.

Hundreds of years ago, was planted by islanders.

Long long time has passed. became the finest materials.

Grandfather  was negotiation with the islanders us.

Negotiations established, they were able to bring Shimagi.

Grandfather is not only , a lot of craftsman were looking for Shimagi.

And ,special various tree was created.

Special pine called "Shimagi" in the Macro bonsai exists.

They are said to be the finest of Macro Bonsai.

I'm glad .
because the demand  long was not  season.

My art has excelled in that to upgrade the Macro Bonsai.

Material of Macro Bonsai. It is called "Genboku"

Craftsman to build a "Genboku" in various parts of Japan  .

And, I will upgrade the "Genboku".

I learned the technique from "Genboku" craftsman.

"Genboku" craftsmanship is, it is top-notch.

My skills are not up there.

But, I will definitely mastered.
